Abandonment Policy

If staff conclude that an individual is inactive, after 90 days their property, goods, rented and owned property return to the ownership of individuals or NPCs of staff's choosing. 

Inactivity, in the case of a shop, is a shop not having items for sale. 

In the case of rented property, if someone is delinquent, the property may be taken back by staff.
