- Do not hire beyond your clan’s designated Licensure without approval from said clan’s owner. The Fox hirers hunters. If a PC cannot hunt, they are not a suitable employee. The clan's License does not cover the trade or sale of leather goods with the exception or raw, untreated pelts, feathers and antlers. The License covers the sale of carcasses, not warg, wolf, or orc, and raw meat or fat, no rendered oils. This does not include fish, or any other waterborn meat source.
- Do not hire someone already hired by any other clan, which includes PC and NPC clans such as, but not limited to, the Guard or a PC-ran shop.
- Do not hire someone with poor social standing or reputation without approval from said clan’s owner such as, but not limited to, anyone with a criminal past or present.
- Do not give another PC access to the clan areas who is not an employee unless otherwise approved by the clan’s owner.

PROMOTING
- Promoting within the clan is at the discretion of the Foreman Manager of the clan and only in their division if one is present. If one is not, it is solely upon the discretion of the clan’s owner.

RANK AND PAY
- Recruits= 20cp a month, free room, board and access to materials and tools for crafting.
- Hunter/Worker= 40cp a month, free room, board or access to materials or tools for crafting. Earn a 15% commission to License area crafts only. 25% discount on goods made by clan.
- Apprentice= 50cp 60cp a month, free room, board and access to materials and tools for crafting. Earn a 15% commission to License area crafts only. 25% discount on goods made by clan. Ability to arrange deals with local material sourcing and purveyors of goods. Only one Apprentice at a time. Are able to hire, fire, handle finances, and other tasks generally done by the Manager with said Manager’s permission, or if a Manager is not active, per the clan owner’s permission.
- Manager = 60 100 cp a month, free room, board and access to materials and tools for crafting. Ability to take tips. 50% discount on goods made by clan. Earn a 15% commission to License area crafts only. Manager are responsible for the running of the clan.

TRAINING
- All Recruits, Hunters and Workers are expected to attend lessons and trainings in avenues of their work within the clan by appointed teachers or educators in said clan, which could be Apprentices or Manager.
- Apprentices and Manager are expected to train those appointed beneath them, in their ‘area’, within the clan.

TRADING
- The License of the Silver Fox Hunting Company is the procurement, production and sale of raw meat from one of their shopfronts and raw pelts, untanned, tanned and dyed leathers - but not finished goods in their other shopfront. It does not include the production or sale of anything else.

- Managers are required to document all sales and trades, purchases or business deals with PCs and NPCs via weekly Character Reports.- 
- It is generally a good idea to document sales to PCs and NPCs in case question ever arise. This can be done via the clan boards or in weekly Character Reports.
- PC to PC – Apprentices and above Managers may make PC to PC sales only in the area designated to their license. If it is their crafted good they are permitted to keep 15% of the whole selling price as their commission and the rest of the 85% must go   All proceeds goes to the clan coffers. Discounts given to PCs that are not clanned and therefor not approved for said discounts must take the discounted amount from their commission. If the amount exceeds the amount of coin from their 15% commissions they are then responsible for covering the rest of the lost profit to the clan. There are exceptions to the discount rule though these must be first approved by a Manager or in the event that none are active; the owner of the be covered by the Manager. In example, if there is a 5 cp discount, the Manager must pay the discount to the clan.
- PC to NPC – Apprentices and above may make PC to NPC sales only in the area designated to their license. If it is their crafted good they are permitted to keep 15% of the whole selling price as their commission and the rest of the 85% must go to the clan coffers.
- If it is not your crafted good, but in your division of the clan to sell, ensure that the crafter receives the 15% commission for said good. If it is not your crafted good and not in your division of the clan, it is highly advisable you have permission from a Manager before making a trade with it. Again, the commission goes to the crafter, not the traderThere should be no sales to NPCs, this includes the Lodge's Pelt Buyer or Lumber Buyer due to agreements with the Lodge whereupon the Fox has arrangements of deals with them already.
- Do not haggle clan NPCs to get a better price for yourself when buying from them.
