How can I earn RPP?
RPP requires a Player demonstrate maturity and trust in a Player's active ability to roleplay realistically within the confines of the game's documentation as well as acting responsibly with code. It is important to note that RPP are not a right, they are not your property, and they are not awarded at your choosing. If you feel an RPP Review is warranted please see Help Review. If you feel another Player is deserving of an RPP Review, please see Help Nomination.

How can I lose RPP?
The most common way to lose RPP is to choose a customization option in character creation that costs RPP. This will always be clearly explained to you in the client, so that you do not accidentally choose an option without meaning to spend RPP. Should you spend RPP in this way, but continue to show at least the same level of polish as you had previously to spending your point(s), then you may request recovery of your spent RPP at a rate of one per month.
Staff, at their discretion, may choose to deduct a Role Play Point from your account for cheating, excessive abuse, harassment, or other documented instances of troublesome behavior. We are extremely forgiving, and understand that emotions run high at times. We do our best to be understanding and help players recover from a devastating loss, but please, do your best to remain civil. Swearing at staff or calling us names does not help your cause, so please try to avoid that.
How can I get RPP back?
Spent RPP are returned to you, up to your maximum rpp level, once per month. It is important to note that these rpp are NOT returned to you automatically, you must request to have these rpp returned to you after one month either by setting your status or sending a support ticket to support@middle-earth.us. You may request recovery of ONE spent RPP per month. It is up to you to track the dates and request accordingly. A minimum of one full month must separate recovery requests.
